Menu Extraction and Translation Agent (Czech and Slovak) - Worldwide Remote

Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Menu Extraction and Translation agent to assist in extracting restaurant menus from various formats (e.g. images PDFs online sources) and translating them between English Czech and Slovak . The ideal candidate will follow detailed formatting instructions precisely to ensure high-quality output and work during morning hours in PST.

Responsibilities:

• Extract restaurant menus from various sources including images PDFs and online pages.

• Translate menu content accurately between EnglishCzech and Slovak.

• Format extracted and translated menu items according to specific guidelines and requirements.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy in menu item descriptions prices and categories.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors in translation and formatting.

• Communicate effectively with the project manager to clarify instructions and requirements.

• Use Google Sheets and other relevant software tools proficiently for data entry and formatting.

• Work according to a set schedule in the morning PST time zone.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English Czech and Slovak (both written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and general computer skills.

• Experience with document and image extraction tools (e.g. Adobe Acrobat OCR tools).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in translation between English Czech and Slovak will be considered an attribute.

• Basic understanding of HTML and web scraping tools is a plus.

Pay Structure:

• Pay is unit-based with an effective hourly rate between $5-$7 depending on efficiency and quality.

• Training pay will be provided after the completion of at least two working weeks (15 days).
