Merchandise and Fulfillment Specialist

The Merchandise and Fulfillment Specialist helps instruct how our company is represented through branded clothing and promotional items. CompanyCam aims to distribute high-value, high-wear items, and the Merchandise and Fulfillment Specialist is expected to stay at the forefront of what items our target audience and team members will find attractive and useful. This position interfaces with nearly all departments across our company, as well as our external fulfillment partner.

• Intake and fulfill internal merchandise packing and shipping requests
• Manage and track inventory for multiple teams and initiatives
• Maintain an online company merchandise shop for CompanyCam team members
• Align with cross-functional teams to provide merchandise and promotional items for special projects
• Perform industry research on trends in merchandise and promotional items, and identify new opportunities for CompanyCam
• Create, document and maintain internal processes for merchandise and fulfillment
• Serve as the point of contact for our external fulfillment vendor

• Have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Have prior experience in merchandise, promotional products and/or fulfillment
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs
• Reside permanently and currently in Lincoln, NE or the surrounding metro area, and be able to regularly work at our Headquarters. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the U.S. at this time even if you're willing to work during US timezones.

• Have prior experience maintaining an inventory system
• Know how to use Shopify or have experience managing a similar online storefront CMS

Compensation: This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $42,000 - $47,000 and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
