THE ROLE: Merchandise Operations Assistant 

We’re looking for…

A Merchandise Operations Assistant to join our fast-growing and entrepreneurial team. This position directly supports the Content Manager with content management, promotional execution, and operational management for our online marketplace. We are looking for a candidate that is interested in a passionate, collaborative, and empowering team environment that focuses on professional growth and development. The successful candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity. Excellent communication skills are required due to frequent communication with multiple teams and divisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and assist content manager with daily tasks as it pertains to .com and app.
• Attend and participate in content, marketing & merchandise related meetings.
• Execute and establish process for promotion execution from promo collection, set up, badging, collection creation an analysis.
• Assist and manage various site-related maintenance updates and launches.
• Assist & review Adobe Analytics for content performance.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in retail management or similar preferred.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in a related retail environment.
• Proficiency in office and google related programs, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Experience with Shopify (and other CMS tools)
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Passion for product and a love of retail.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Expected Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000

Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
