Merchant Account Executive Â
Storable is looking for a Merchant Account Executive. The self-storage industry has been re-invented in recent years and is on the rise with more demand than ever before. As a Merchant Account Executive, you will be selling and upgrading our new merchant solution to self-storage facility owners and managers. We simply want ambitious, hardworking people who love a challenging and fast paced environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities for the good of the customer by working closely with the sales team/management, boarding and support to enhance the customer purchasing experience.
What youâll do:Â
- Understand the industry and competitive landscape in order to explain and show why Storable Payment Solution is the better solution for self-storage facilities
- Upgrade existing Storable owned accounts to Storable Payments
- Become an expert at presenting how Storable Payments helps self-storage facilities improve efficiencies
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities from cold and warm leads
- Maintain high levels of prospecting activity and sell to all levels of management
- Manage the entire sales cycle all the way to gather the information needed to board or instant on-boarding in our software.
- Account management and retention of all Storable payments existing customers(includes software sold accounts as well)
- Quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with prospects
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our companyâs values, unique culture, and vision for the future
What youâll need:Â
- 2-5 years of sales and account management experience.Â
- Payments experience a major plus.
- Bachelorâs degree
- Experience selling to all levels of management
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace
- Knowledge of how technology works from a conceptual standpoint and can effectively and succinctly communicate this to an inexperienced audience
- Ability to sell complicated products by making clear, actionable and relevant pitches to your target audience
- Roll with the punches and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to build relationships and command credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Superior communications skills, incredible writing skills and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
