Job Description
You'll join our Knowledge Management team embedded in our Operations organization. Your goal will be to serve the educational needs of our merchants enabling them to succeed with Affirm products and services through various channels such as our Business Resource Hub, email communications, and product widgets.

- Experience producing assets such as articles, presentation decks, videos & drip marketing campaigns.
- Excel at content design and delivery, optimizing for adult learning and maximizing information retention.
- Navigate the demands of the business while simultaneously leading multiple projects with varying degrees of priority.
- Translate technical documentation for non-technical users in ways that align with defined quality and standards.
What You'll Do:
- Use your expertise in audio-visual storytelling, and instructional design to build self-service articles, videos, storyboards, ebooks, one pagers, and interactive learning content to benefit both the internal teams and our external merchants.
- Produce and incorporate other internal teams technical and standard process documents to enable our merchants and operations teams.
- Develop standard processes and thought leadership content (educational series, trend reports, standard processes guides, drip campaigns etc.) in conjunction with the Analytics and Product Marketing teams to drive adoption of, and satisfaction with Affirm.
- Work across Growth and Success teams to run continued education and performance campaigns to ensure success throughout the relationship lifecycle.
- Deliver emergency communications to our merchants.
- Provide awareness of resources through internal communications enabling cross functional teams.
- Continually seek new methods or tools that will improve our processes to increase our delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations to build effective communication strategies and track metrics that quantify operations and performance outcomes.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience at a B2B SaaS company in a related role, which may include: marketing, instructional design, video editing, content writing, and/or enablement marketing experience.
- Experience in the e-commerce space.
- Proven record of top notch content creation and measurable distribution metrics (eg: you know how to build it, get it in the hands of the audience, AND measure the success with data).
- Outstanding communication skills. Written and verbal communication are essential in this role.
- Strong project and program management skills; ability to work independently.
- The ultimate can-do demeanor with a curiosity about entrepreneurship and high tolerance with risk.
- HTML/CSS knowledge and a shown technical foundation are a plus.
- Willing to travel (up to 10%).
