We are building out our Restaurants Sales team and Customer Onboarding & Success Specialists joining us are going to be an integral part of our success, by providing voice AI solutions that automate the reception of phone orders for restaurants.

The Restaurant Onboarding team will manage the initial relationship with restaurants the moment they sign up for our voice assistant product. On the team, Specialists will move new restaurant customers through an assembly line of procedures readying them to actively use our voice AI product as their customer facing phone solution. Every new merchant onboarded results in critical revenue driven for the company. 

In this role you will:
  • Work with businesses to assist them through the onboarding process and set them up for success on the platform
  • Help restaurants turn their menu into a tool for attracting and engaging with customers in their area
  • Communicate with merchants by phone and email to monitor and support progress from the moment they sign up
  • Ensure long-term satisfaction by implementing operational improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to coordinate new merchants effectively through each stage of customer setup
  • Improve retention of new merchants by creating a seamless onboarding experience
  • Solve individual merchant's issues as they onboard to the platform
  • Influence the direction of how we capture and interact with menus and merchants during new customer onboarding
