Payment Processing $21.00 per hour Temp to Hire Schedule Below San Diego, California (onsite) Schedule: • One day a weekend is needed, that can be flexible if the preference is to work Saturday or Sunday, so the two different schedule options are below: • Sundays from 8:00a-4:30p, Monday through Thursday 9:30a-6:00p, off Friday and Saturday • Off Sunday and Monday, Tuesdays through Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturdays 10:30a-7:00pWhat the position offers: • After being hired on, the following benefits are offered: • Competitive salary • Single and Family Health Insurance plans, including Dental and Vision coverage • Short-Term and Long-Term disability • Matching 401(k) • Competitive Paid Time OffWhat you’ll be doing: • Educate merchants on the services offered and the status of collection accounts • Provide in-depth product support to clients by resolving incoming inquiries • Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email • In the phone queue all day but does take turns and get off the phones to do emails • Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters • Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities • Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product developmentWho we’re looking for: • 1-3 years of customer service experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce • Prior banking or finance related experiences • Organizational and time management skills required • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Strong problem-solving skills#INDCSR #ZR
