Your responsibilities

• Acting as an internal financial due diligence advisor, you’ll accompany deals from early stages to closing and beyond and report directly to our Europe Financial due diligence Lead.

• You’ll analyze target companies’ financial performances and positions and assess the quality of earnings and key operating metrics.

• This will also involve evaluating balance sheet items such as net financial debt and net working capital.

• Our corporate development deal team can count on your advice: on financial risks and commercial topics with implications for negotiating shares purchase agreement – including purchase price adjustment mechanisms – as well as on items requiring commercial or financial integration actions.
