This is a hybrid position primarily based in Greenwood Village, CO. SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC is a rapidly growing financial services company located in Greenwood Village Colorado. We believe that state-of-the-art technology and the best staff in the industry leads to success. SLS was established in August 2003 as a fee-based, third-party residential mortgage loan servicer. A role you will love

As a MERS Associate I you will coordinate tasks necessary to facilitate timely and accurate updates related to servicing loans

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Resolve data differences by determining which information is correct
• Maintain / update various departmental reports and procedures
• Research, respond and complete requests from other servicers and investors
• Complete daily reports and perform quality control checks as directed
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 1-2 years pf Mortgage experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
