This is a hybrid position primarily based in Greenwood Village, CO. SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC is a rapidly growing financial services company located in Greenwood Village Colorado. We believe that state-of-the-art technology and the best staff in the industry leads to success. SLS was established in August 2003 as a fee-based, third-party residential mortgage loan servicer. We provide the ongoing administration of residential loans on behalf of mortgage investors. SLS offers a professional environment coupled with an attractive compensation and benefits package.
A role you will love
As a MERS Associate I you will coordinate tasks necessary to facilitate timely and accurate updates related to servicing loans
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resolve data differences by determining which information is correct
- Maintain / update various departmental reports and procedures
- Research, respond and complete requests from other servicers and investors
- Complete daily reports and perform quality control checks as directed
- Special projects and other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 1-2 years pf Mortgage experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Compensation. The pay rate for this role is $ 18.40. This base pay range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.
