MES Coordinator

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Manufacturing Execution System Coordinator supporting Manufacturing, you will be trusted to work in the Johns' Creek, Ga in the US.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Advising and supervising production workflow to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards Reviewing/approving various QA (Quality Assurance) inspections and coordinating MES-driven inspection actions as required.
• Supervising SPC (statistical process control) pulls for sampling plan issues/changes.
• Supervise Pack Size WIP (work in process to coordinate Secondary Packaging runs
• Provide SAP oversight.
• Collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality Operations etc.
• Coordinate with others on deviation management.
• Prioritizing, and handling production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions.
• Attention to detail and good listening skills.

Preferred requirements:

• Technical and Mechanical background a plus
• Microsoft office suite knowledge; especially Excel

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience
