What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Metadata Assistant. The primary role of the Metadata Assistant is to ensure our movies have the metadata quality and coverage needed to offer the best-in-class customer experience. You will collaborate with international teams to monitor, curate, and enhance the quality of our content library's tags and metadata. Such as examining, amending, and adding detailed information to the organization's whole asset collection according to an established approach.

What you'll be doing:

• Watch every movie we make with a critical eye.
• Add tags to every movie according to our tag schema.
• Verify tagging accuracy, ensuring it meets the provided standards.
• Create, edit and update metadata tags according to industry and social trends.
• Generate ideas to help us improve how we tag content.
• Work and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Must haves:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain motivation and solid focus through hours of repetitive tasks.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to learn from history and prevent errors from recurring.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity to make sound judgment calls.
• A wide-ranging and up-to-date knowledge and interest in adult entertainment.
• Experience with some or all of the following: Google Sheets, JIRA, and Slack.
• This position may require work outside of normal business hours, on weekends and holidays.
