Method Engineer

1. Ensure equipment can normally run to meet operation demand;
   
   2. Work out & complete PM plan on time to increase reliability
   
   3. Mapping the parts and outing-machining, spare parts management
   
   4. TPM deployment and management (SPS)
   
   5. Support smart DC development and related project, Improve the automation level thru innovation, digital and automation.
   
   6. Improvement for equipment to increase effectiveness & quality
   
   7. Team building for maintenance team
   
   8. Ensure cyber security deployment in DCSH
   
   PLC program improvement according to customized demands
   
   资格
   
   Education :
   
   Above J unior Bachelor degree of relevant Automation (Electrical , Mechanical )

Job Related Experience:

2-3+ years maintenance experience in similar industrial companies.

Business Understanding :

knowledge on PLC programing about SE, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacture (5S, TPM), IEC 61499, wireless device ( bar code scanner/printer & AGV/AMR )etc.

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :

Chinese/English fluently
