Methodolgy and Tools Expert

Kokku Games is looking for a Methodology and Tools Expert to join our innovative team. As a Methodology and Tools Expert you will be instrumental in refining our project management processes and enhancing the productivity of our teams through expert management and optimization of our Jira and Confluence platforms. Also, acting as project management coach and advisor for our teams, ensuring alignment and leveling the methodolgies and tools knowledge among them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer our Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
• Tailor Jira dashboards, boards, and filters to meet the diverse needs of our teams and implement best practices for Jira use.
• Scrutinize existing project management processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements and automation.
• Integrate Jira with essential tools and platforms such as Confluence, TeamGantt, Bitbucket, and Slack, evaluating and recommending new tools and plugins.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics capabilities within Jira to monitor project progress and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Jira, Confluence and Agile, providing training and ongoing support to users at all levels within the organization and creating documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assisting Head of PMSO in implementing and consolidating best project management practices among our company.
• Work alongside IT Support team to ensure highest standards of data security for our project management tools.

• Proven experience in software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
• Strong background with development tools, project management software, and version control systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Passion for video games and an understanding of the game development process.
• Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
