Metrics Business Analyst

Job Title: Metrics Business Analyst Location:Jacksonville, FL Security Clearance:Active SECRET clearance required Position Overview: The Metrics Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics across multiple operational domains including maintenance, training, and logistics. This role supports data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement through effective data visualization and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and report data related to shipboard system availability, maintenance execution, sailor training pipelines, and logistics performance. • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define metric requirements and streamline reporting processes. • Develop interpretive dashboards, graphs, and charts to support leadership briefings and strategic decisions. • Assist with the cleanup, validation, and reporting of data from the existing T2Q Access database. • Participate in recurring meetings to provide updates, present analysis, and identify barriers to data collection or clarity. • Deliver ten required reports from the T2Q system and help shape ongoing maintenance database metrics. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field; or equivalent military/commercial experience. • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, including metrics development and reporting. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Access, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience designing and presenting high-level briefings using MS PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams. • U.S. Citizenship and current SECRET clearance.
