AMDEX Corporation is seeking a Metrics Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience working on RPA software development projects to join its team supporting our Federal government customer.
The focus of the project is to develop solutions that can be used to increase efficiency and reduce time to perform repetitive tasks. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) will be used to develop emerging business process automations technology based on the notion of software robots and artificial intelligence (AI) workers.
The solutions will automate end-to-end processes and provide the ability to handle processes having repetitive tasks to minimize manual intervention.
The Metrics Management SME will work alongside business analysts and developers and report directly to the Project Manager. Expertise in automation technologies and UIPath will play a critical role in driving automation initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reporting for Management team for various purposes
- Assist in the development of reports and controls assessments
- Understand design and business requirements to support the development process
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of analytical tools and/or web applications utilized to conduct cybersecurity assessments and reports
- Assist with the automation of manual processes and drive efficiencies within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization
- Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports/analytics using delivered tools
- Consult with various stakeholders and leadership to determine report requirements, design layout and format, identify and extract data, test and validate data, and implement, including ongoing support
- Ensure that a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) process is applied to all reports prior to distribution to the stakeholders
- Identify existing and future operational challenges, collect and interpret data and develop predictive models to form hypotheses and present recommendations
- Oversee problem structuring, hypotheses development, and data collection
- Provide superior analyses and interpretation/evaluation of strategies which includes presentation preparation for leadership review
- Propose and implement innovative analytics for both trending metrics and predictive analysis that are operationally relevant
- Retrieve and consolidate quantitative data from multiple sources
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, RPA analysis, or process improvement roles.
- Familiarity with UIPath software and demonstrated experience in RPA implementation projects.
- Knowledge of automation concepts, workflow design, and best practices.
- Must have experience with SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence, Dashboards), Microsoft Power BI, SAS and/or other similar analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful RPA solutions in a government environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in metrics management for financial management applications in the federal space
- UIPath certification is preferred
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS, CIS, Data Analytics, or Computer Science, or other relevant field
