The México HR Ops and Payroll Supervisor role (Mexico City based) will specialize in HR operations and 
payroll-related for Mexico. You will report to LATAM Regional HR Operations Process Improvement and 
Payroll Manager oversight in partnership with HR and Finance teams. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Guarantee accurate and timely management of the company's HR Operations and Payroll deliverables 
  • Gathering all necessary employee information, including hours worked, overtime, and any deductions or 
  • bonuses for different types of contract employees. 
  • Data Verification: Ensuring that all collected data is accurate and complete before proceeding with payroll 
  • calculations. 
  • Payroll Calculation: Calculating gross pay, deductions, severance payments, benefits and net pay for each 
  • employee. 
  • Compliance Check: Verifying that all payroll activities comply with local labor laws, regulations and 
  • company policies. 
  • Payment Processing: Ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees through the appropriate 
  • channels. 
  • Reporting: Generating and distributing payroll reports for internal use and statutory compliance. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and secure payroll records for future reference and audits. 
  • Oversight of HR Operations employment transactions such as finalizing the processing of hires and 
  • terminations in Workday and the Payroll system 
  • Rewards program administration in support of the Total Rewards Manager (e.g., compensation 
  • administration, employee benefits administration, etc.) 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of ServiceNow case volume, ensuring efficient assignment, tracking, 
  • and resolution of HR cases in alignment with service delivery & employee satisfaction 
  • Collaborate with local team to drive enhanced ways of working in alignment with global processes and 
  • standardization 
  • Conduct analyses focused on data in our source systems (Workday, ServiceNow, and 3rd Party payroll 
  • systems) to drive continuous improvement of data quality and integrity 
  • Provide leadership to direct reports ensuring ways of working are aligned with the business (if applicable) 
  • Engage in internal and external audits of HR and payroll processes to ensure adherence to legal 
  • regulations and organizational policies. 
  • HR outsourcing vendors management 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong work ethic for process improvement and problem solving with analytical skills resulting in the ability 
  • to identify root causes, trends or variances and the ability to propose solutions 
  • Extensive knowledge including payroll collection, preparation and payment, payroll taxes, payroll 
  • accounting, insurance policies, benefits in kind, savings fund, etc. 
  • Knowledge and experience in compliance, wage and hour laws, and time & attendance systems 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to varying 
  • audiences (English and Spanish required) 
  • Must be highly organized, capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously, able to prioritize 
  • issues appropriately and meet deadlines with minimal supervision 
  • Previous experience managing audit responses 

Job Requirements:


Formal education: Related degree. 
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in general processes of HR Operations and Payroll. 
Languages: English and Spanish proficiency is a must.
