What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking for an MFT Specialist. The MFT Specialist is responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving or escalating processing interruptions with specific batch and MFT work streams.
How We Work
As a MFT Specialist you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned in home office set up and in home setup.
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
- Formal, hands on Training
Role Responsibilities
- Monitoring specific Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Batch Scheduling Operations (BSO) work streams to ensure accurate & timely completion of related FTP & BSO processes.
- Analyzing, diagnose and resolve or escalate processing interruptions, system errors, malfunctions, miss-configurations and job stoppages to maintain service, enhance capabilities and prevent service outages
- Publishing internal and external targeted communications of related processing status' and issues
- Generating meticulous incident-ticket details for related issues
- Maintaining comprehensive product and procedural documentation for related services
- Producing Daily, Weekly, Monthly and adhoc reports
- Other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ITIL Certification preferred
- Five (5) years' experience as a Tier1/Tier2 Support team member and/or Two (2) years' experience as a Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist
