MGH-Foam Machine Operator

Essential Duties /Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Must be able to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines.

Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns.

Must be able to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals.

Will be required to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns.

Maintain good housekeeping in work area.

Observe all departmental safety requirements.

Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers.

Perform other related duties as required by supervisor.

Work Environment:

May be exposed to high noise levels, heat, dust and airborne

particles.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Certificate

Physical Demands: Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbs; Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs; Occasional lifting of 5-25 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift. Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull.
