THE JOB:

As an MGM Rewards Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests at the MGM Rewards desk or other assigned areas with all aspects of their account, enrolling new guests in the loyalty program, and providing excellent guest service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE PAY RATE: $13.50 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities based on established company guidelines.
• Greet each guest with a smile and hear their stories as you offer recommendations, complete transactions, and issue loyalty program cards.
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest resolution.
