MGM Rewards Representative - MGM Grand
Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist guests with all requests, answers questions about MGM Rewards and GameSense and address guest problems in a professional and timely manner
- Explain the MGM Rewards program in detail, enroll guests in MGM Rewards, and redeem guests' points or offers
- Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense to all guests
- Manage member account information in the database system and issue MGM Rewards cards
- Promote the MGM Rewards Mastercard by explaining rewards and benefits to members, accept MGM Rewards Mastercard applications, and issue cards to approved members adhering to all applicable procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Able to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Knowledgeable of Player Tracker systems
- Bilingual
