Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist guests with all requests, answers questions about MGM Rewards and GameSense and address guest problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Explain the MGM Rewards program in detail, enroll guests in MGM Rewards, and redeem guests' points or offers
  • Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense to all guests
  • Manage member account information in the database system and issue MGM Rewards cards
  • Promote the MGM Rewards Mastercard by explaining rewards and benefits to members, accept MGM Rewards Mastercard applications, and issue cards to approved members adhering to all applicable procedures
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Able to lead and mentor a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

PREFERRED:

  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Knowledgeable of Player Tracker systems
  • Bilingual
