We're hiring an CRM Manager, Automation & Personalization to join our data-led, creative, and result-driven Retention Marketing team. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the automation & personalization of marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for a premium portfolio of streaming services that includes AMC+, Acorn TV, ALLBLK, HiDive, Shudder, and Sundance Now.
The CRM Manager is detail-oriented, truly passionate about automation in CRM marketing, and loves to delve into the customer journey. From onboarding new subscribers to engaging them throughout their lifecycle, this role will help develop and manage a best-in-class CRM program to keep our subscribers streaming!
Job Responsibilities
- Create and lead a compelling vision for CRM automation & personalization at AMC Networks
- Be at the forefront of leading and developing a new set of MarTech capabilities for the company
- Act as CRM automation & personalization owner and subject matter expert across the organization, implementing improved journeys and best practices that drive growth & retention goals
- Build multi-channel lifecycle marketing flows that enable personalized cross-channel communications to deliver the right message in the right channel at the right time
- Systematically translate the subscriber journey into measurable lifecycle stages to measure and optimize
- Create and define the segmentation strategy that enables personalization at scale
- Collaborate with in-house Business Intelligence team to scope source data and implement automation & personalization tactics and campaigns, and create reporting and dashboards in order to better understand CRM lifecycle performance
- Ensure best practices and continue to improve the workflow of the CRM team, identifying operational efficiencies to support team goals
Experience/Qualifications
- CRM experience with proof of demonstratable success
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise email platform (Iterable, Braze, etc.)
- Experience working in media/entertainment or a subscription business preferred
- Expert knowledge of email and push best practices
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop experience preferred
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00, commensurate with experience.
