Job Summary
The Manager, Finance & Supply Chain Communications is responsible for executing internal and external communications in support of the Finance & Supply Chain departments. The successful candidate will ensure the creation of compelling content for our investor, regulator and other audiences.
Essential Functions
- Creates high impact communications for Finance and Supply Chain organizations.
- Works with Investor Relations (IR) to develop consistent themes about the company's financial performance that can be used and understood internally and externally.
- Collaborates with IR and Communications colleagues to develop financial messaging and ensure consistent and accurate communication of the company's financial results and growth prospects to the investment community.
- Provides high-quality support to senior executives and internal corporate communications departments to bolster the company’s corporate strategy.
- Manages complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges with an ability to look around corners for trends and risk.
- Develops strategic and innovative internal communication plans to include writing, reviewing, and managing business-specific updates, leadership messaging, and ad hoc communications.
- Effectively communicates with a wide range of internal stakeholders from the Finance and Supply Chain functions at all levels.
- Helps amplify workplace culture and translate business strategy into effective communications.
- Maintains information to readily respond to questions.
- Works on other communications projects, both internal and external as needed.
Required Qualifications For Position
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
- 7-9 years relevant work experience gained primarily in finance communications.
- Experience developing content for internal and external audiences with proven results and measurement.
- Experience working with Investor Relations and developing communication materials for investor, employee, and partner audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and have a track record of generating results and earning trust with executives. High
- Ability to work across business functions, regions, and all levels of the organization, all the while, prioritizing the employee experience. High
- Strong ability to learn industry jargon and master sophisticated technical concepts. High
- Detail-oriented, well-organized self-starter with the ability to work well and provide counsel with all levels of management. High
- Understanding of regulations and principles specific to communications for a publicly traded utilities company. High
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Medium
- Proficient in AP writing. Medium
- Presentation skills (preparation and presenting). High

Salary Range:
$107,000.00 - $160,500.00
