Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE's products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

当社製品の納入に際し、顧客満足度の向上を目指し、カスタマーサポートを円滑に行います。
受注業務の管理: 担当営業をサポートし、販売活動が円滑に進むように受注処理を中心とした営業支援を行います。
納期管理: 納期を遵守し、迅速かつ的確な対応で顧客満足度の向上に努めます。
問い合わせ対応: 製品に関する問い合わせ、品質や納期のフォローアップを担当し、社内展開および必要に応じた折衝を行います。
チーム運営と能力開発: チームメンバーのスキルアップや業務改善を推進し、チーム全体のパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。
グローバル対応: 海外拠点と密接に連携し、情報の共有と連携強化を通じて、グローバル規模でのサービス向上を目指します。

What your background should look like:

【応募資格】

・ 学歴: 大卒以上
・ 語学: 日本語 - 母国語レベル (ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - ビジネスレベル (目安TOEIC750点、または相応の実力)
・ PCスキル (Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)

【業務経験】

・ 製造業界にカスタマーサポート・営業サポート・サプライチェーン関連の業務10年以上の実務経験
・ ピープルマネジメント (5名以上のチーム) 経験3年以上の実務経験
・ SAPの使用経験がある方
・ 変化を恐れずに問題解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 社内関係部門と連携し積極的に課題解決のリードができる方 (イニシアチブ、明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 顧客との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに実績のある方

・ 業務、日常会話レベルの中国語ができる方
・ 外資企業における勤務経験のある方
