Job Summary :

Drives the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company's products and solutions portfolio. Applies broad knowledge of company's product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/solution opportunities. Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share. Evaluates in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products. Collaborates with Global Markets and Application Development to create products and validate early product definitions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drives innovation, establishes and manages pricing, performs build vs. buy analysis.
• Identifies key market problems for ACI to address.
• Manages the collection, definition, synthesis, justification, prioritization, scoping and commitment of market, business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understands and continually improves customer satisfaction for respective product line. Develops a set of actions to improve product loyalty and drive changes into the product.
• Continually improves employee engagement through acquisition, retention, mentoring and development of key human resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand, Adhere and Enforce all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of Product Management experience.
