Job Description Summary:
The Payouts Partnerships team is responsible for leading commercial strategy and relationships withBanks and non-banks that support all of Paypal Payouts.
We are seeking a high-energy and innovative professional with a passion for improving how people
manage and move money. The Manager of Strategy & Ops for Payouts Partnerships, will sit at the
center of our Payouts Partnerships team, supporting our relationship managers by creating, leading,
and executing critical business processes.
In this role, you will support the rapid growth of the Payouts Partnerships strategy by creating scalable
frameworks that will help our team and our partners grow. You should be data-oriented, with the
willingness to report KPI’s and the skills to tell a story using them. You should be detail-oriented, with the
persistence needed to track a complicated project plan. And finally, you should be team-oriented, with the
knowledge that your success will be based on how you help others succeed.
The position will involve frequent interaction with leaders at PayPal and external partners. Travel may be
occasionally required, but minimal. Work location is flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Create, track, and report partner and network KPI’s on a periodic basis internally and externally through QBR’s
- Manage transaction expense initiatives for Payouts Partnerships team
- Management of partner CRM tool for Markets and Partnerships team, including ongoing maintenance and project management for new enhancements to existing product
- Support on Data requests from Payouts Partnerships team for ongoing relationship and project management
- Support Product Analytics team for design and implement self-service data request tools
- Identify opportunities for partner improvement via best practices
Qualifications:
- Proficient in SQL and skilled in data management
- Learn quickly, deal with ambiguity and navigate complexity
- Strong organizational skills – maintaining detailed written project plans, process documents, internal wikis, etc
- Track record delivering positive outcomes from business processes
- Experience using data to evaluate hypotheses and to communicate ideas
- Superior communication skills (verbal, written), comfortable in presenting to leadership
- Experience in payments or related fields, such as technology or banking. Domain knowledge of payouts a plus.
- Previous customer relationship management, partner relationship management, or business operations experience
