Mgr- Supply Chain Fin Ops

• Lead a team of Supply Chain Operations Specialists in servicing and operations support of Trade Finance Products.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers participating in the payable and receivable programs offered by CNB
• Set up the buyer’s credit Limit under the Supply Chain Finance Program based on the documentation signed by the Relationship Officer
• Evaluate the “Funding Notice “received from the Participating Bank to ensure terms comply to the Bank's criteria
• Review new agreements to ensure they meet the needs of the bank, adhere to the bank's criteria standards, approve and make eligible for discount any invoice offered for purchased by supplier
• Apply experience, industry standards and knowledge of agreement documentation, and City National Bank's policies to address related credit, risk, compliance, legal, operational and business issues
• Facilitate communications among key stakeholders in sales, implementation, product, operations, compliance, risk, relationship officers, and legal staff to promptly resolve documentation issues
• Identify, recommend and participate in developing new processes and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency
• Manage, develop, and play a leadership role for the Supply Chain Operations team including selection, training, performance management, development, and retention.
• Research, coordinate and recommend process enhancements to the department’s senior management, participate in establishing procedures and complete projects as directed.
• Understand regulatory and bank policy requirements in delivering strong service and mitigating operational risks
• Identify, measure, control and monitor the agreement's operational risk for both internal business units and external corporate clients. Limit exposure due to risks such as those resulting from human errors, transaction processing failures and fraudulent activities.

Must-Have*

• 1 year of Supply Chain Finance experience required
• 3 years of Trade Finance
• 1 year of management experience

Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Proven Problem solving Skills
• Intermediate accounting literacy
• Ability to work with other teams which include members of other Department within the Bank and/or external vendors
• Most possess superior verbal , written and interpersonal communication skills
