MHI Talent Solutions | NetSuite Administrator

This pivotal position resides with one of our Talent Solutions client where we have established a strong partnership in the midst of an exciting NetSuite implementation.  The role of NetSuite Administrator is focused on the dynamic needs of this client's success with NetSuite and other integrations as they are added. This role plays a crucial role in serving as an administrator for the company's ERP and trainer for the users.  This position is focused around how the system is related to their inventory related industry and seeks someone with strong knowledge of WMS systems and how NetSuite is best utilized in that environment.

Location: Boca Raton, FL (onsite daily) 

Status: MHI is the Implementation Partner, with go live in 6 months.

Key Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience with NetSuite and other business systems 
• Familiar with Order Management automation as related to accounting requirements, and deep understanding of the Ecommerce Order lifecycle 
• Understanding or Wholesale system requirements (EDI) and experience working with 3PL integrations 
• Familiar with iPaaS tools (Boomi, Celigo, or mulesoft) 
• Will serve as primary system owner and admin for ERP / OMS system as well as integration systems 
• Drive continuity of data transformation and ensure system uptime 
• Effectively communication system issues to business units, and serve as primary NetSuite ERP owner as it relates to problem resolution and triage 
• Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing

Salary range: $100,000-$140,000k USD
