MHI Talent Solutions - NetSuite Administrator (Contract)

As the Netsuite Administrator at our client, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of their Netsuite ERP system. You will be responsible for overseeing preparations for implementation, maintaining the system post-implementation, and managing integrations with other systems as related to the company’s business. This is a 6+ month contract with requirements of hybrid onsite work near Boston, MA.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for the implementation of Netsuite ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Support the business post-go live to meet the specific needs of Client, including user roles and permissions, workflows, custom fields, and reports.
• Collaborate with Client's business leads to ensure accurate testing during UAT phase.
• Assist with data entry and organization related to supply chain, finance, etc
• Collaborate with Client's business leads to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite during end user training.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Netsuite users, addressing issues and resolving system errors in a timely manner.
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Netsuite configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Netsuite Administrator, with hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Understanding of both ecommerce and in-store sales industry (including direct to customer and subscription based products)
• Background working with ERPs in a manufacturing industry is required
• Experience with implementation of Netsuite ERP system, including data migration, user training, and system testing.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, and 3PL EDI integrations.
• Experience working alongside supply chain, finance, and customer service teams
• Experience with system integrations and prior implementation from GP Dynamics to NetSuite is a plus
