About the Business / Function:
This role can be done remotely in Germany, candidate must have the right to work in Germany without Sponsorship
We are currently recruiting in KUONI for a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team. We are looking for either Italian Speakers or Portuguese/ German and English Speakers ideally.
Candidates should ideally be coming from an event agency or a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients. End to end event/project management is key and candidates must be able to manage the full scope of their own events, from answering the client request/brief with the best tailored proposal to financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year
- Proposal creation and pitch, when required
- Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
- Supplier management prior, during and after the event
- Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
- Client and account management to ensure repeat business
- Onsite management of the event
- Budget management and post event reconciliation
- Reporting to various stakeholders
To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:
- Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years
- English, Portuguese and German Fluency is a must
- Deep knowledge of the territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services
