Microsoft 365 System Administrator

• Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint as well as Atlassian.

• Implement best practices and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.

• Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues.

• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability.

• Work closely with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure our tools meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, functionalities and automation.

• In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory.

• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
