Microsoft Administrator

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
- Manage Active Directory services, including user and group management, group policy administration, and domain controller configuration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Configure and manage Azure services, such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Backup.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect Microsoft infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the integration of Microsoft technologies with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Microsoft-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft products, features, and best practices to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

- Solid understanding of network protocols, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Windows Server, MCSE: Productivity, or equivalent are a plus.
