Microsoft Backend Developer (Remote- U.S)

Fusion Worldwide is seeking a Microsoft oriented Backend Developer to help manage the middle-tier and server-side of our global internal software. Reporting to our Principal Software Engineering Lead, you will play a heavy hand in ensuring that our web servers and databases are the most useful for our sales-centric organization while being an advocate for Microsoft capabilities as we introduce new tools and technologies. In this role, you be working cross functionally with our ERP, CRM and Ecommerce teams to lead migrations and API integrations. The right fit for this role will have proven experience in Microsoft SQL Server and proficiency in C# coding.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must Haves:

• Proficient in C# (.Net Standard as well as .NET Core)
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (Administration as well as Development)
• Proficient with Microsoft IIS
• Proficient working with SOAP and REST APIs
• XML Parsing (using C# and SQL)
• JSON Parsing (using C# and SQL, ideally Newtonsoft Json.NET for C#)
