Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition systems and possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in handling tickets and issue resolution.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day CRM operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage and resolve tickets and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the support team to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any potential challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, manuals, and training materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience in CRM Dynamics solution architecture.
  • Substantial experience in configuring Dynamics CRM or managing a team who have done this.
  • Proficiency in handling tickets and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks with a support team.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and identify any trends, problems, system performance or reoccurring issues
  • Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
