The Role 

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Innovation Solution Architect. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Microsoft Engineering teams, Ludia Consulting consultant teams, and solution architects to drive product enhancements and innovation within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Your expertise will contribute to improving Microsoft products and play a pivotal role in sharing the latest innovations with our delivery, sales, and marketing teams to elevate Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Foster a strong collaboration with Microsoft Engineering teams, acting as a bridge to bring innovative ideas, customer feedback, and enhancement suggestions to improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
  • Work closely with Ludia Consulting consultant teams and solution architects to drive innovation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Technical Expertise and Training:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies, architecture, and capabilities, remaining up-to-date with the latest advancements.
  • Provide training and guidance to Ludia team members, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to effectively leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 innovations.
• Sales Support and Demonstrations:
  • Collaborate with the sales team, leveraging your subject matter expertise to assist in client engagements and demonstrate the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping to drive successful sales outcomes.
• Knowledge Dissemination:
  • Collaborate with Ludia's delivery, sales, and marketing teams to develop educational materials, presentations, and content that communicate the advantages of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 innovations.
  • Lead workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed about the latest advancements and their impact on implementations.
• Client Engagement and Consultation:
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their unique business needs, translating them into effective and innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Offer consultative advice to clients, guiding them on how to align their strategic goals with the evolving capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Skills & Competencies 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, platforms, and associated technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Microsoft Engineering teams, Ludia Consulting consultants, and cross-functional groups to influence product enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
