Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant II

• Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements across sales marketing service and operational needs under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Project Manager.
• Assist in client CRM projects through assigned phases or workstreams including sales planning design implementation configuration testing deployment training and support while following established project plans and methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications user stories and configuration designs for assigned solution components.
• Configure test and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and related applications including creation and execution of test scripts and support of user acceptance testing in coordination with project leadership.
• Demonstrate completed functionality to internal team members and clients and support end-user training and documentation for implemented features with review and support from senior team members
• Maintain clear professional communication with internal and client stakeholders escalating risks scope concerns and timeline issues to project leadership as needed.
• Mentor Consultant I team members through knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance supporting their technical and professional development.
• Provide urgent on-site or remote support when critical issues arise coordinated with project leadership.
• Support business development efforts through scoping configuring and demonstrating the CRM solution and other marketing efforts through events webinars whitepapers and blogging
• Assist in the development of work plans proposals and engagement letters in preparation of client projects

• 2-5 years of experience with software implementations defining business requirements business process management and client relationship management
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with software troubleshooting and testing
• Solid understanding of logical data modeling
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies
• Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement

• Experience implementing the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM product suite including Sales Customer Service Field Service Project Operations and Marketing
• Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio concepts
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM certifications
• Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems Information Technology Business Administration Entrepreneurship Engineering Economics or other related field of study.
