We are a gold-certified partner for Microsoft Dynamics as a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and value-added reseller in the U.S., Canada, India, Latam and Singapore. We have experience in implementing full-stack Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure Services, and related technologies across the globe. Our project implementation services are complemented by our advisory consulting and direct support services.

Currently in our 9th year of providing Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions, OnActuate has specific tailored solutions for organizations in Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Financial Services to help them achieve rapid growth and solve their unique business challenges.

OnActuate is looking for a full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform to execute end-to-end projects for our customers, including analysis, design, customization, testing, and technical support.

Location: Bangaluru India


Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, implementation, and customization of D365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

- Architect and develop advanced Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and provide strategic recommendations.

- Oversee project delivery, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and technical teams.

- Conduct high-level training sessions and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in D365 CE and Power Platform.

- Leverage Azure services for complex integrations and enhancements.


Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6-7 years of experience with D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform.

- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Superior communication and client-facing skills.

- Advanced expertise in development languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Microsoft certifications in D365 CE and Power Platform.

- Knowledge in Copilot and Oriented Tech Stack.


Preferred Skills


- Experience in Call Center Management Business Lines.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
