Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Senior Technical Consultant

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Consultant to lead our clients’ Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation opportunities and projects. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant will :

• Participate in Dynamics 365 CE implementations throughout all project stages including analysis design development test and go-live
• Serve as subject matter expert with customers and project team members throughout all project stages effectively leading the technical design of the solutions that meets clients’ requirements
• Provide the technical design documentation for any additional feature functions integration or data migration requirements
• required to travel to client sites across Canada and Caribbean to deliver Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation projects

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM on-premise and on-cloud solutions.
• Experience with the configuration and setup of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Sales
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform Portal Mobile and commonly used ISV solutions and add-ons for Dynamics 365
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure Office 365 .NET C # JavaScripts SQL Server Flows and PowerApps SharePoint Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio .NET Web Services SQL Server (database Reporting Services)
• Experience implementing large scale Dynamics 365 CE/CRM project is a definite asset including implementation of D365 Portal
• Has excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Can act as a mentor to their fellow consultants
• Readiness to travel to Jamaica once a month for 1 week minimum
• required to travel to client sites across Canada and Caribbean to deliver Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation projects

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• live in or near the Greater Toronto Area is preferred
• Experience with Field Service and Marketing is a plus.
• Experience as a .NET Developer and/or data specialist is a big plus
