Microsoft Excel Specialist

Own the Role:

SP6 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Excel Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally to consolidate existing lists of current and potential client information into a single master list. Additionally, you will conduct research utilizing ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to ensure accurate and complete data.

**This is an in-office opportunity with 5 days/week in office**

How You’ll Drive Success:

• Consolidate multiple Excel lists from various sources into a single master list ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Review and verify data entries for completeness, correctness, and adherence to established standards.
• Conduct research within customer records and other sources to gather missing or incomplete data, utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Enter and update customer information, such as contact details, purchasing history, and preferences into the master list.
• Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Assist sales and marketing teams by generating reports and providing data analysis when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of data-related tasks.
• Assist leadership with projects on an ad-hoc basis.

To Be Successful:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with data management and quality control practices.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Experience in a sales or marketing environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce) and Sales Engagement Platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of data cleansing and deduplication techniques.
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles and terminology.
