Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Engineer

Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Engineer provides management, support and security administration for Alight's global O365 Exchange platform. Responsibilities include:

• Exchange/Outlook-Management of internal and external client email mail processing including configuration of Conditional Access Policies, Transport Rules, Encryption, shared mailboxes etc.
• Configuration of outbound Bulk email processing
• Email Gateway engineering, configuration and support – allowing business applications to send outbound email communications.
• Experienced configuration of Microsoft Defender, Purview Encryption Management, Quarantine solutions.
• Custom Domain Branded email configuration, delivery, support
• Shared Mailbox management (Internal/Client)
• Mail Retention Policies and Legal Hold Management, Forensic Investigations, etc.
• Experience using BitTitan for Mail data migrations for M&As, Executive retention etc.
• Level 3 Engineering support, Vendor Escalation, Change Implementations, and Product Management.
