Job Description

• Responsible for the implementation and management of the Digital Workplace Collaboration tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Planner)
• Consulting and support for Digital Workplace Collaboration tools.

Main tasks/ Standard of performance

• Responsible to plan, provision, operate, and enhance Microsoft Office 365 services (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Planner)
• Responsible to build and expand our Modern Workplace and Cloud expertise.
• Responsible for the creation and troubleshooting of PowerShell scripts, support the automation of tasks and workflows.
• Upgrade, update, and maintain the existing environment.
• Analyze business processes and create specifications for Office 365-based solutions.
• Provide international 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Continuously develop expertise in the Microsoft Collaboration platform.
• Collaborate regularly with adoption team and experienced technicians.
• Track the Microsoft 365 lifecycle and implement updates in our environment.
• Documentation of the whole Digital Workplace Platform in our communities.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in computer science, information technology or relevant training and experience
• You are a digital workplace expert and are committed to delivering the best digital experience to end-users
• You have a clear understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Platform and related technology stack - Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams/Teams Phone, etc. 
• Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written. German is a big plus
