Microsoft Power Platform/ SharePoint Developer

Position: Senior Power Platform & SharePoint Developer

Experience Level: 5+ years

Location: Remote – Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, proactive professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering modern, efficient solutions. They excel in both independent and collaborative environments, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and bring hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to migration and modernization efforts across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support business processes.
• Build and customize solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Create and manage custom connectors, including integrations with Microsoft Graph API and other data sources.
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and quality delivery.
• Contribute to CD/CI (Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration) processes to support agile development practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
• Proven experience in migration or modernization projects (e.g., legacy SharePoint or third-party to M365).
• Demonstrated ability to build custom connectors and leverage Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, M365 security, and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.

Nice to Have (Plus Points):

• Experience leveraging Copilot or AI capabilities within Power Platform or M365.
• Experience with Power Pages for building external-facing business applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,500.00-$110,000.00 per year
