Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, proactive professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering modern, efficient solutions. They excel in both independent and collaborative environments, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and bring hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to migration and modernization efforts across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support business processes.
- Build and customize solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Create and manage custom connectors, including integrations with Microsoft Graph API and other data sources.
- Participate in requirement gathering and analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and quality delivery.
- Contribute to CD/CI (Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration) processes to support agile development practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
- Proven experience in migration or modernization projects (e.g., legacy SharePoint or third-party to M365).
- Demonstrated ability to build custom connectors and leverage Microsoft Graph API.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, M365 security, and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
Nice to Have (Plus Points):
- Experience leveraging Copilot or AI capabilities within Power Platform or M365.
- Experience with Power Pages for building external-facing business applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,500.00-$110,000.00 per year
