Position Summary:

We are seeking a Test Automation Specialist to join our team. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation of functional, regression and smoke test cases for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, document, and maintain automated functional test cases and other test artifacts, including test data and data verification.
• Develop and improve existing test automation frameworks (i.e., make them faster, more flexible, and easier to use) and utilize parallel processing or grid systems to speed up the tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex interaction between systems.
• Build automation framework and re-usable automation tests/test scripts using Selenium.
• Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results.
• Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of automated testing environments with a focus on continuous testing and DevOps processes.
• Analyze requirements and technical design documents for use cases/user stories, create test cases, and perform impact analysis on the existing framework.
• Analyze and resolve automation-related problems by coordinating with the team to diagnose and fix issues.
• Perform Code reviews and ensue the quality meets the defined standards.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of Automation Testing experience with automation tools such as Selenium, UI testing, Webservices Testing
• 3+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python development
• Experience working with Selenium/Java, JavaScript, TestNG, Jasmine, Jenkins CI/CD, SOAP UI
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experience with automated testing of Salesforce and web applications

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience improving automated test coverage for existing applications.
• Experience across diverse technology stacks including COTS and custom software.
• Hands on experience in Cypress, Protractor, and RPA tools
• Hands on experience using Cucumber (BDD) or any third-party frameworks.
• Experience web services / API testing (REST and SOAPUI)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
