Mid-Level Creative Design Project Manager

*Please note that we are currently only considering candidates in the states of Washington and Texas*

As a Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Partnering with marketing leads in the delivery of strategic and conceptual work that supports the employer brand story, messaging, and value.
• Creating design solutions for the implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns - banners, print ads, event materials, social posts, and Career site.
• Serving as creative brand steward in the review of recruitment marketing assets leveraged globally.
• Preparing mockups for use in creative.
• Serving as asset manager for the team for creative work - ensuring appropriate labeling conventions, and the usage rights are stored correctly.
• Managing intake and execution of creative requests.

Requirements

You have:

• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Knowledge of design tools - Adobe Suite & Figma
• Experience storytelling with brand narratives & working on multiple campaigns at once
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize next steps
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

You might have:

• Experience working as an FTE or contractor for a Fortune 100 company
• Experience working as a consultant
• Recruitment marketing agency experience or consumer marketing agency experience

Compensation for this position is dependent on and not limited to skill set and level of experience, and ranges from $80,000 - $100,000.
