Mid-Level Curam Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Curam Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Curam applications. This role involves working on complex projects and providing technical guidance to junior developers. This is a remote position. 
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Curam solutions based on client requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Work closely with business analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Mentor and support junior developers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Curam development.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Curam development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of web services and integration technologies.
