Mid Level Data Science Analyst - TS/SCI

KBR is seeking a mid level Data Science Analyst at our Chantilly, VA or Tysons Corner, VA location. The position provides assistance to the Government developing and maintaining databases, sorting data, preparing data for export to commercially available software packages for further analysis and visualization. Working within an existing data management architecture, develop and maintain cost estimating models, offer novel methods for optimizing data management and analysis. The position can also support modeling and simulation techniques to estimate reliability and performance of current and future satellite constellations and other systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active TS/SCI Poly clearance
• Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and methodology development.
• Key experience may include: extensive use of spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization; use of decision support tools; development of databases and models; knowledge of statistical and operations research methods and tools; knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, and other statistical and mathematical software;
• Demonstrat skills in performing functional analyses of organizations, mission effectiveness, or business processes; and, possess the ability to present complex issues in written and graphical forms.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with national security systems coupled with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or data science. Minimum of ten (6) years of experience with national security systems is required with advanced degree.
