Mid Level Designer

A Designer at Rainfall should be a product focused leader who can build positive client relationships from the ground up, push clients to consider greater opportunities for their business through our process of strategic thinking and complex problem-solving, manage those client relationships, and lead a design team. 

You can distill complex problems and business processes into simple, thoughtful concepts and creatively execute work that sets the bar for design standards and attention to detail. Constant iteration is a part of your design thinking, meaning no work is ever truly finished; everything can be improved.

You understand the brave new world of product design, where you need to be an expert in user experience as well as visual design and are constantly trying to expand your own skill set and craft.

• Understand, adopt, and execute our Design Made Human™ process for multiple engagements.
• Ability to turn client needs and desires into tangible results. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for describing and instilling confidence in the process, approach, and impact of your solutions
• Strategic solutions-oriented skills and a propensity for distilling complex information into meaningful concepts, ideas, and designs

• Strong time and task management skills. 
• Deeply invest yourself in understanding the business of our clients such that we can utilize our strategic insights to open their eyes to new, unexpected opportunities and creative solutions.
