Mid-level Graphic Designer

Position Title: Mid-level Graphics Designer

Position Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print media, social media graphics, website design, events and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, and Marketing to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and infographics.

• Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements across all platforms and mediums.

• Manage the design review process, ensuring designs meet project requirements and timeline.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure designs are innovative and engaging.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Contribution:

· Enhance Blue Yonder’s market presence through innovative and visually compelling designs.

· Contribute to the strategic marketing goals by delivering high-quality creative content.

· Drive consistency and high standards in the brand's visual output across all platforms.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.

• 4-8 years of professional graphic design experience in-house at a technology, SaaS or engineering company; or at an advertising agency.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; Figma a strong plus.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative thinking across various media channels.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
