Mid-Level Immigration Associate
Job Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate to join its expanding immigration practice in its Chicago office, with hybrid work arrangements available. Two or more years of experience as an immigration attorney working on family and employment-based permanent residence petitions and non-immigrant work visas is required. Successful candidates will also have strong and persuasive writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Some removal, asylum, waiver and litigation experience/background is also a plus. Illinois bar admission is required.
