You will work in the Information Security team with incredible people. We cultivate a security culture that values and promotes a lifestyle. The Information Security team is a team aligned with the business strategy that works to guarantee the security and privacy of EBANX's digital, physical, and human assets (data, information, processes, infrastructure, and people). This team is responsible for defining and implementing processes, methodologies, controls, and regulations for protecting those assets from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, modification, or access interruption, in any way or format.

As an EBANX Information Security Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Support, develop, document, and maintain identity access management platform;
• Support various IAM initiatives from discovery, requirements, and documentation to implementation;
• Support in the design of security access processes and procedures in alignment with EBANX policies and security standards;
• Analyze management and technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met through the verification of documented processes, procedures, and standards in order to validate the maintenance of secure configurations;
• Collaborate on critical business projects to ensure that security and privacy policy/risk issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle;
• Support the development of security and privacy processes and procedures and support service-level agreements to ensure that security and privacy controls are managed and maintained.

What is indispensable for the job?

• Agile project management experience, the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide security program over the longer term;
• Knowledge of security control frameworks like ISO/IEC 27000 Series, NIST SP 800 Series, and CIS Critical Security Controls;
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance like PCI DSS, BACEN, and SSAE 18;
• Advanced English (read, write, and speak);

• Information security certifications (ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CCSP, PCIP, Security+).
