Job Title: Mid-Level Java and ReactJS Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level, full-stack software engineer to join our group in supporting our internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that enable our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and ReactJS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software applications
• Write high-quality code and adhere to coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications

• Serve in after-hours call rotation and in-person support

• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent certifications and work experience
• 2+ years of experience in software development using Java and ReactJS
• Proficient in Java and ReactJS, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Git
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of hardware interfaces and device controllers
• Experience with Spring Framework and ReactJS
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
